:( *Updated with pics!*

I finished my t shirt refashion...and Jeff says it looks like a pirate shirt. Now all I can think of when I look at it is that Seinfeld episode. My sewing machine decided it hates ruffles too; I tried to make some more a few minutes ago and it won't work. Sigh.

*Update*

Okay, here's the shirt! You decide: Pirate or Librarian. (Or a librarian masquerading as a pirate? Oooh, I think I like that!) And yes, I'm making you look at the whole outfit from the outside in.

    The ensemble, taken together with the hat and scarf, looks more like a remake of Oliver Twist- only done with pirates to help prop up the sagging plot line (read: I’m not a fan of Dickens). Still, you look good :)

    Actually, I REALLY dig the shirt. It's very cute. And who cares if you're wearing the puffy shirt?

    I'm not a fan of the whole culottes thing, but you manage to pull it off.

    Statia, it's actually a skirt with a really deep vent. But it does look like culottes.
